Mexican chocolate brownies, cupcakes, and oatmeal jammies are available from a truck named “Sugar.” The truck itself is sweet to the environment: it runs on compressed natural gas. Self-described owner/baker/driver/eater Kim Ima says her sweets are “not too fancy, always delicious.” She and her team are doing something right: they’ve won a Vendy award for their efforts.
